Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the DC HOUSE Affiliate Program?

The DC HOUSE Affiliate Program invites review sites, online communities, bloggers, and other content creators to promote DC HOUSE products and services. Affiliates earn commissions on sales generated through referrals to dchousepower.com.

2. Does it cost anything to join the Program?

Not at all — joining is 100% free, with no hidden fees or commitments.

3. How do I start earning commissions?

You need to apply to join the affiliate marketing program and register as an Affiliate or Publisher.

We will review your application within 2–3 business days. If you meet the requirements, your application will be approved.

Once approved, you will receive your exclusive affiliate tracking links.

After that, you simply promote these links, and you can start earning commissions.

4. How much commission can I earn?

For every qualified order completed through your referral, you will earn a 5% commission on the order value—with no earning cap.

How is the commission calculated?

Affiliate commissions are calculated based on the actual paid product amount of each order, with a base commission rate of 5%.

Calculation formula:
Commission = Actual product sale amount × 5%

The “actual product sale amount” refers to the product price after all discounts have been applied, including affiliate discounts, coupons, and store promotions. It does not include shipping fees or taxes.

Example:
If the product original price is $100, with $20 shipping and taxes, and a $20 coupon is applied, the commission is calculated based on $80.
Commission = $80 × 5% = $4

5. How long is the cookie duration?

The cookie duration is 30 days.

6. What types of promotions are not allowed?

To maintain fairness in the affiliate program, several types of promotions are prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • Fake links: Altering user links through illegal means.
  • Simulated purchases: Using pop-ups or scripts to mimic real buying behavior.
  • Persistent pop-ups: Continuous or full-screen pop-ups.
  • Hidden links: Placing links under other content.
  • Search engine links: Directly submitting affiliate links to search engines, including Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
  • Click bait: Encouraging users to click links in a misleading way.
  • Impersonation: Creating websites that appear official to mislead users into purchasing.
  • Other violations: Any activity that breaches the DC HOUSE Affiliate Program terms.

DC HOUSE reserves the right to take action against any violations of the affiliate agreement.

7. How can I check my affiliate performance?

Once you are accepted into the affiliate program, you can log in to your affiliate account to view your sales data and commission earnings.

8. Can I become an affiliate if I’m not in the United States?

Yes. We accept affiliates from around the world, as long as the network and program allow publishers from your region to join.

9. Can I use the DC HOUSE logo in my promotional content?

Of course you can! We recommend using the official affiliate banners provided by DC HOUSE, which we update regularly. If you have special requirements, feel free to contact us for additional marketing materials.

10. How long does it take to receive commissions, and what is the minimum withdrawal amount?

Commission Payment Schedule:

We settle and pay commissions on a monthly basis. Commissions generated from “qualified purchases” within a given calendar month will be paid in the second month after that month ends, typically within the first 20 days.

Example:
Commissions generated from March 1 to March 31, 2026 will be paid within the first 20 days of May 2026.

Minimum Payout Amount:

The minimum payout threshold is USD $50. If the payable commission in a given settlement period does not reach $50, it will be automatically carried over and accumulated to the next settlement period until the total amount reaches or exceeds $50, at which point it will be paid out in full.

11. Why might my commission be revoked after an order is completed?

Possible reasons include:

  • The order was refunded or canceled.
  • The same order appeared on multiple affiliate platforms (attribution is determined by UTM parameters).
  • An exclusive coupon code from another affiliate was used.

12. When are affiliate commissions not eligible?

Affiliate commissions will not be paid for:

  • Orders where the customer clicks your affiliate link but completes the purchase or adds items to the cart after the referral session has expired.
  • Orders that cannot be properly recorded due to incorrect affiliate link formatting or tracking failures.
  • Orders placed by you or on your behalf through your own affiliate link, including purchases made by yourself, friends, relatives, or any associated parties.
  • Purchases made for resale or any commercial purpose.
  • Purchases made after the termination of this Affiliate Agreement.
  • Orders that have been canceled, returned, or refunded.
  • Orders generated by offering cash, rebates, rewards, discounts, points, or any other incentives to encourage the use of affiliate links.
  • Orders generated through pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Orders generated through posting affiliate links or coupon codes on coupon websites, discount platforms, or other prohibited promotional channels.
  • Orders generated by sharing coupon codes or promotional links on social media, forums, coupon sites, or deal communities primarily aimed at attracting discount-seeking traffic.
